The driveway is for 2 cars, and you can fit a boat in the yard with room left over for a grill, lawn furniture and small garden. We had a 25' boat in the yard.

The house has come out of many hurricanes with nary a scratch! the only damage from Wilma was the top part of the storm drain was damaged.

The house has come out of many hurricanes with nary a scratch! the only damage from Wilma was the top part of the storm drain was damaged.
