The cozy mobile home has a new washer and dryer (not hookups), a new fridge, remodelled bathrooms, and a good-sized bonus Florida room/Sunroom. It has laminated wood floors throughout, except the bathrooms which are tiled. Its also got a fresh lick of paint this week! Has central heat and air.
The yard is unbelievably spacious for a mobile home, you can put in a swing set if you want. All bedrooms have great built-in closets, also with four roomy drawers and many shelves. The bathrooms also have counters, drawers and storage cabinet under the sink. The driveway is for 2 cars, and you can fit a boat in the yard with room left over for a grill, lawn furniture and small garden. We had a 25' boat in the yard.
The house has come out of many hurricanes with nary a scratch! the only damage from Wilma was the top part of the storm drain was damaged.
- The home is wired for Comcast Cable + High Speed Internet.
- Also has satellite dish for free international TV (the dish will stay for the new owner)
- You can have a boat, or canoe on your property (we still have one actually). You can also have an RV!
- The community has a cute private lake where you can fish or canoe. We had a lot of fun fishing and canoeing there
